One of our coaches will assess your fitness history, movement and flexibility, and help set your goals and training program.

BODY COMPOSITION

At your initial consultation we’ll measure your body composition to find out what you are made of to help set goals and track progress.

PERSONAL NUTRITION PLAN

You’ll receive comprehensive nutrition advice and a personal plan to complement your fitness programme and help you reach your goals faster.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Enjoy fully coach led training classes, which are fun but challenging and tailored to your needs as required.

SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY

You join a like-minded group of people, who together with our coaches help support you and offer advice, thoughts and experiences.
