The mix of different exercises that we use will keep you fluctuating around this marker either during the rest periods between exercises or during the actual exercises themselves. And just like all of our GROUP CLASSES at Core, there are a maximum of 10 members per class. This means that we regularly have a marathon runner training next to someone who can’t yet run to the corner shop.

Each person is motivated to work to their Level and not a level expected by us, or anyone else. But a level which works for the individual member. Yes, if you can do 5 or 10 or 20 press ups in a minute, we will push you to do the 5 or 10 or 20 that you can do. But if your level is 5 in a minute, we don’t expect you to be able to do 10! That’s someone else’s High Intensity, not yours.
